I have to admit though, I am not coming through this unscathed...lol....
There is just something about remodeling that gets in my blood. Is it the promise of organization, or an easier lifestyle? (say yes, please!!!!) Anyway, whatever it is, I am in the midst of the fever.
Poor Paul (my unsuspecting little brother helping me) every time he thinks he has it straight on what I am doing, I add to my list. I mean, who can resist? Really! Wow, the stuff he is doing is so cool, it just naturally makes me think, well, wouldn't it be cool if..........
So, now he has a list so long that I think he is planning on making a return trip in October....lol....I have simply overwhelmed him and his friend Danny, I am sure of it.
I will be posting pics soon, all I ask is that you understand that everything is topsy turvy around here, so the before pictures I must warn you that the rooms are a "tad bit" messy.....awww, what the heck, I live a real life, right? And I can always claim the 7 kids at home excuse,
So, now I have all the the stuff out of my pantries and have rice boxes balanced on my exercise equipment and cleaning supplies behind my couch. You should hear it around dinner time....it goes something like this. "So-and-so-child, please get me the suchandsuch, I think it is under the desk, or it could be behind the exercise bike" And thank goodness, I got that Ab-lounger or I would not have anyplace for the potato chips!
Well, such is life here at Serenity Star Farm, for at least another week. Then, perhaps the shell shock will have worn off and life can settle down.....sheesh, who am I kidding? But, at least I will have some awesome stuff to show for it!

Are you sure little brother is going to come back? You may never see him again. :) I can't wait to see all the changes to your already awesome home. Gonna make me even more envious.
